GenOverview is a service of Fedelta Media. We respect your privacy and process personal data solely in line with the GDPR. Fedelta Media is the data controller.
We use your data to provide the service and manage your account (performance of the contract), to invoice and meet our legal record-keeping duties (legal obligation), and to keep the platform secure and measure how effective our marketing is (legitimate interest).
Appropriate data-processing agreements apply with these parties. We never sell your data.
We use only strictly necessary / functional cookies: the session cookie that keeps you logged in, a "remember me" cookie, and Cloudflare/Turnstile security cookies. There are no analytics, tracking, or marketing cookies.
For each tracked domain (and its competitors) we automatically fetch the favicon (the website icon) and store it as that domain's logo, so we can display domains and competitors recognizably. Favicons are re-fetched periodically (roughly monthly) so a changed logo is updated. On request we will remove a stored favicon; contact us at [email protected].
Your data is hosted and processed on servers within the European Union. The website and platform are developed and hosted by Fedelta Media on its own infrastructure within the EU. Backups are encrypted and also stored within the EU.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
GenOverview is a SaaS analytics platform that tracks how a domain (and its competitors) appears in AI-generated search answers. The service is intended for business use.
Paid plans are billed in advance per month or per year and renew automatically via Mollie unless you cancel before the next billing date. Prices and VAT are shown at checkout.
You can cancel anytime from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep full access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
If a payment fails, we automatically retry 3 times over the following days. After 3 failed attempts your account is suspended until payment is resolved. If you initiate a chargeback, your account is suspended immediately.
During the BETA period the platform is free with generous features. Note: once you upgrade to a paid plan, you cannot switch back to the BETA plan.
We may end the BETA at any time. We intend to notify customers at least one month in advance, but are never obliged to do so. When the BETA ends, you must choose a new plan (one of the plans available at that time) to keep using the platform.
We may change our offering at any time. This includes adjusting prices, features and limits (such as the number of tracked domains) of existing plans, introducing new plans and discontinuing existing plans. Free plans and trial periods may be changed, limited or discontinued entirely at any time.
For paid plans: a change to price or conditions only takes effect for you at the start of your next billing period; you never pay extra for a period you already paid for. If a change affects your current plan, we will inform you in advance by email or through the platform. If you do not agree with the change, you can cancel before your next billing date.
"AI search volume" is a proprietary metric of GenOverview: an estimate of the monthly search volume for a topic, based on various signals. Because generative AI overviews are question-based rather than traditional keyword-based, these figures are estimates. No rights can be derived from the data, statistics, and metrics shown on the platform; they may contain errors or inaccuracies. You remain responsible for any decisions you make based on this data.
You retain the rights to the data you enter; we process it only to provide the service. You must not use the platform for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms the service.
We reserve the right to deactivate and delete accounts without a paid plan when they remain unused for an extended period. This keeps the platform fast and affordable for everyone. Accounts with an active paid plan are never deleted for inactivity. The retention periods in section 1.7 apply.
Some very large platforms return data that is not comparable to that of a regular domain. We reserve the right to exclude such domains: they cannot be added as a domain or competitor, and we may remove them when they are already linked to your account. The freed-up slot within your plan remains available to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. The general terms and conditions of Fedelta Media apply in addition. In case of conflict, the specific provisions on this page prevail for the GenOverview service.
